Unity in Variety LLC

At Unity in Variety, we are committed to providing high-quality, faith-based apparel. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we ask that you review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:
- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Incorrect size selection  
- Minor variations in color or print placement  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Include:
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item  

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method  
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

If applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

 Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered  
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier  

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
